Our Story
Founded in Coquitlam in 2023, Perfect Choice Heating & Cooling grew from a simple goal: give Metro Vancouver homeowners clear advice and dependable HVAC workmanship without vague scopes or unnecessary upselling.
We build every project around the things that matter: understanding the home, explaining the options in plain language, providing a clear written quote and completing the agreed work with care.
Today, we serve residential and light-commercial customers across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Vancouver, Richmond and the North Shore. Our work includes heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, ductless systems, ventilation and water heating.
For installation projects, we review equipment sizing, existing ductwork or hydronic zones, electrical and gas requirements, permits, strata considerations, available rebate rules, commissioning and warranty documentation. That practical process helps customers compare options before making a decision.
What We Stand For
Honesty Over Everything
If a repair will fix it, we repair it. If replacement makes more sense, we’ll tell you. We’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
Craftsmanship, Not Shortcuts
Installations are completed to the agreed scope, manufacturer requirements and applicable codes, with care taken around the home and equipment.
Relationships, Not Transactions
We explain maintenance and warranty steps, remain available for follow-up service, and aim to earn long-term customer relationships.
Safety Without Compromise
Gas, electrical and combustion work carries real stakes. Required work is completed or coordinated by qualified tradespeople, with safety checks matched to the equipment and scope.
What We Do
Full-service HVAC and plumbing for residential and commercial properties across the Lower Mainland.
Heating
Furnace installation, repair, and maintenance. Heat pump heating systems. Gas-to-electric conversions. We keep Coquitlam warm through every BC winter.
Cooling
Central AC, ductless mini-splits, and heat pump cooling. Expert sizing, clean installation, and fast repairs when summer hits the Lower Mainland.
