This is the first time we used Perfect Choice for our annual heat pump system maintenance and we were very impressed. They responded to our request for a quote very fast, the quote was very transparent and the price competitive and reasonable, so we asked to book a maintenance appt. They were already in our neighbourhood on another job so booked our request later that same day - impressive. On arrival, they were very professional, reviewed the work that would be done and set to it right away. An issue was discovered, it was reviewed with us and they had to spend extra time and effort to make the repair. Again, this was done in a very professional and transparent manner. Invoicing was also quick and very professional. All tasks and costs were clearly outlined and aligned with any previous quotes. There were even pictures of work done on our equipment. We were very impressed from start to finish and will definitely be looking to Perfect Choice for our future HVAC and other needs - an outstanding customer experience! We were having issues with our AC in the house.  My usual AC guy came by and told me new AC at $12K + needed!  I put out a request for some quotes and Sam from Perfect Choice was the first to reply.  He came by the next day and reviewed our situation, suggesting that a proper clean and tuneup should be enough.  While here, he looked at our radiant heating boiler and our HRV - both needed some "attention".  He also asked about dryer vent and duct cleaning - got me thinking.  I booked him to come in the next day - and he came with 3 trucks, a crew of 3 including himself and all kinds of equipment!  4.5 hours later everything was done - to PERFECTION! Our AC unit was working and cleaned - the boiler was taken care of - the HRV was cleaner than ever - and the ducts and dryer vents were spotless!  What an amazing job!  Everything was covered with tarps to keep the dirt off our floors - booties were worn and post-work cleanup done!  The total fee for all this was super reasonable - my pocketbook is still in one piece :)! Sam was very responsive from the beginning. On the day of installation, his partner also also equally as great. They both were efficient and very respectful of our home. It only took one day. (even though it could’ve taken longer with complications) Their pricing was very reasonable and clear. I got quotes from 2 other companies and their pricing, time to install and responsiveness was the best.  Even with a breaker issue, they offered to come back to do a final proper check once we fixed it with an electrician. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking to swap their old system to a Combi. Will also reach out for further needs that they cover. For those who don’t know what to expect, like we didn’t, they need a large working space cleared to work and to cut materials. For us they were here from 10-7pm and it got really loud around 11-12pm.
